New Personal Rule

ALWAYS take pictures before you start to remember all the hard work that was done for the after pictures. Unfortunately the last photo was the only before picture we had of this bathroom and everything was gutted except the jacuzzi tub.

The previous tiled floor was pink and cracked everywhere. During the demo we found the subflooring around the toilet had water damage due to a worn wax ring so we replaced the subfloor and put in a new flang then replaced the old toilet with something more efficient.

The original vanity was from the 1980s when the place was built so that had to go as well as the rusted light fixture above the mirror. The outlets and heating controls were outdated so replacing those added value to the modern decor we were looking to attain.
